An actually-day
Yesterday was an actually-day.
Actually, I wanted to get up early. Actually, I had work to do. Actually, I wanted to paint a window frame and clean the wood outside with the pressure washer. Actually, I also wanted to get a few things done for colleagues on my laptop, and actually, I wanted to work on my Instagram content.

But it was a beautiful sunny day. ☀️ Probably the last really warm summer day before autumn begins. 🍁🍂
I didn’t do any of the things I’d planned. The sunshine won.
I did go to the gym, made a delicious sweet potato tart and took Easy for a few walks in the park. I also popped into a second-hand shop, came home with two Louis XIV chairs and a few lovely little paintings, which I immediately hung up in my kitchen. I did a bit of gardening too and cleared some algae out of the pond. 🐠
Actually, it was just a really lovely day. 😁
